S1000: Belt Conveyors

20: Based on the profile line with a dimension of 18.5 mm, this series is designed for those who need to build short, narrow, and above all lightweight conveyors for handling small-volume and low-weight components.
30: Based on profiles 356.001.028 and 356.001.032, the belt conveyor series with 30 mm rollers represents one of the core lines of the Alusic range. Standard kits are available for direct, reverse, and central motorization. A distinctive feature of this series is the presence of components such as flanges 356.159.001 for building conveyors with a fixed center distance, independent of belt tensioning.
55: Based on the single-beam profile 356.001.032, the 1000 series is the cost-effective solution for conveyors with a fixed width: 200 mm for conveyors without side rails; 195 mm with side rails. The 50 mm rubber-coated rollers ensure excellent belt traction, which, combined with the rigid single-beam structure, allows the transport of significant loads relative to the conveyor size.
50: Based on 45×45 slot 8 profiles, the conveyor line with 50 mm diameter rollers is one of the most extensive and versatile in the Alusic range. The standard rollers are made with a patented 50 mm aluminum profile. With this line, it is possible to build conveyors with a polyethylene sliding surface, with or without belt centering guides or toothed belts. Direct, reverse, and central motorization options are available.
95: Based on 45×90 slot 8 profiles, the conveyor line with 95 mm diameter rollers is the heaviest in the Alusic range. The standard rollers are made with a patented 95 mm aluminum profile. With this line, it is possible to build conveyors with a polyethylene sliding surface, with or without belt centering guides or toothed belts. Direct, reverse, and central motorization options are available.
S830: Incline change conveyor
Three different fundamental structures—831, 832, and 833—form the starting point for a versatile configuration perfectly adaptable to any customer requirement.
The 830 series also includes a wide range of accessories that can be integrated into the line, such as hoppers and chutes, specifically designed to improve and optimize conveyor efficiency.
S2000: Hinged Chain Conveyors
The Alusic series of hinged chain conveyors includes 5 different chain widths:
82.5 mm (K325) plastic or steel;
114.3 mm (K450) plastic or steel;
190.5 mm (K750) plastic or steel;
254 mm (K1000) plastic;
304.8 mm (K1200) plastic. For the K325 and K450 series, the structure is built with a single beam, while for the remaining sizes the beam is modular. Curves are available as standard for the K325 and K450 series.

The structure is built with a modular beam. Curves, in the series where they are included, are available as standard in 90° and 180° versions.

S4000: Idle and Motorized Roller Conveyors
Available in gravity or motorized versions, they ensure an efficient product flow, particularly in end-of-line, sorting, or accumulation phases.
The aluminum structure and the wide range of dedicated components allow quick configuration of linear or complex paths, ensuring operational reliability and immediate integration into existing systems.

Covers
Side Guides
Side guides channel the product flow along the path and prevent accidental falls. They are made of aluminum profile with a polyamide cover, while the ends can be finished with a simple cap or with a shaped lead-in, useful for centering and guiding the product flow.
Support Legs
These provide structural support for the conveyor and are available in single-column versions (for narrower conveyors) or double-column versions. They can be floor-mounted and connected with crossbars to ensure greater stability. The fixing bracket between the leg and the conveyor is designed to prevent dust and dirt accumulation, making the system suitable even for environments with high hygiene requirements, such as the food industry.
Protective Covers
Designed by Alusic for safety and cleanliness, covers protect sensitive or potentially hazardous parts of the conveyor, such as rotation pins and fixing flanges. In addition to improving aesthetics, they reduce wear and protect operators from risks, ensuring a safer and more durable system.
