All profiles in the Alusic catalog are produced through the extrusion of aluminum alloy, with 60% of the material sourced from recycled sources. The metallurgical supply condition is T5/T6 (solution heat-treated, tempered, and artificially aged). The bars are normally supplied anodized with a treatment depth in class 12 μm (upon request, most profiles can be supplied raw). The general tolerances for profile extrusion comply with the UNI-EN 12020-2 standard.
