Pallet, Stoppers and Indexing

The workpiece pallet is a key element in industrial transport systems, designed to move components or semi-finished products precisely and safely along assembly and processing lines. In the 112 Series of the Alusic CS Line, the pallet is integrated into a modular system that not only ensures reliability and flexibility but also offers the possibility to implement stoppers and indexing systems. These solutions allow the pallet to stop and position at strategic points along the line, ensuring a controlled production flow synchronized with assembly, processing, or quality control operations.

To improve product transfer, the 112 Series can be integrated with perpendicular transfer systems, allowing the creation of modular lines and customized paths. In addition, it is possible to connect two different levels via an elevator, ensuring continuity and flexibility in handling.

Types of Motorization

Direct
Central

On the 112 Series, two different motorization options can be installed, each designed for specific applications and requirements:

Direct Drive – The standard solution, with the motor mounted directly on the drive shaft. It ensures greater stability and easy maintenance.

Central Drive – The motor’s central position frees up the ends of the conveyor, making loading and unloading operations easier from both sides of the line.

Side Guides
Side guides channel the product flow along the path and prevent accidental falls. They are made of aluminum profile with a polyamide cover, while the ends can be finished with a simple cap or with a shaped lead-in, useful for centering and guiding the product flow.

Support Legs
These provide structural support for the conveyor and are available in single-column versions (for narrower conveyors) or double-column versions. They can be floor-mounted and connected with crossbars to ensure greater stability. The fixing bracket between the leg and the conveyor is designed to prevent dust and dirt accumulation, making the system suitable even for environments with high hygiene requirements, such as the food industry.

Protective Covers
Designed by Alusic for safety and cleanliness, covers protect sensitive or potentially hazardous parts of the conveyor, such as rotation pins and fixing flanges. In addition to improving aesthetics, they reduce wear and protect operators from risks, ensuring a safer and more durable system.
