Chain Conveyors: 2000 Series
Maximum speed:
80 m/min
The Alusic 2000 Series introduces a new type of conveyor, extremely versatile and representing a significant evolution compared to the previous version.
The S2010 marks an important step forward in terms of quality, efficiency, and performance, thanks to extensive research and development carried out over the years. This model stands out for its reliability and ability to adapt to different industrial requirements, offering optimal solutions for safe and efficient material handling.
The S2010 not only improves performance compared to previous models but also optimizes maintenance times and ease of installation, ensuring long service life and reduced operating costs. Thanks to these features, the S2010 is the ideal choice for applications requiring high performance (up to 80 m/min) and long-term reliability.

Types of Motorization
On the 2010 Series, three different motorization options can be installed, each designed for specific applications and requirements:
Direct Drive – The standard solution, with the motor mounted directly on the drive shaft. It ensures greater stability and easy maintenance.
Indirect Drive – The motor is separated from the main roller and transmits motion through a return system, ideal for limited spaces or particularly compact configurations.
Central Drive – The motor’s central position frees up the ends of the conveyor, making loading and unloading operations easier from both sides of the line.
Improvements and Optimizations of the 2010 Series
Among the numerous improvements introduced with the S2010, the most notable is its high assembly simplicity, made possible by the reduction and optimization of assembly components. In addition, chain sliding has been enhanced thanks to the use of the BluLub surface, which not only improves performance but also reduces chain wear, ensuring greater efficiency and long-lasting durability.
1 – Chain sliding has been further optimized thanks to the use of self-lubricating materials such as Blulub®, which improve performance and reduce wear.
Standard, Idler, and motorized Curves
The 2010 Series allows the installation of three different types of curves, designed to adapt to various line configurations:
Standard: Simple curves, rolled at 90°, ideal for linear paths or basic modules.
Idler: Equipped with a circular support that accompanies the chain movement, reducing friction and wear.
Powered: Special curves, mainly used in loop circuits, where an integrated motor in the lower section replaces the main drive unit.

Accessories and Kits for Belt Conveyors
Side Guides
Side guides channel the product flow along the path and prevent accidental falls. They are made of aluminum profile with a polyamide cover, while the ends can be finished with a simple cap or with a shaped lead-in, useful for centering and guiding the product flow.
Support Legs
These provide structural support for the conveyor and are available in single-column versions (for narrower conveyors) or double-column versions. They can be floor-mounted and connected with crossbars to ensure greater stability. The fixing bracket between the leg and the conveyor is designed to prevent dust and dirt accumulation, making the system suitable even for environments with high hygiene requirements, such as the food industry.
Protective Covers
Designed by Alusic for safety and cleanliness, covers protect sensitive or potentially hazardous parts of the conveyor, such as rotation pins and fixing flanges. In addition to improving aesthetics, they reduce wear and protect operators from risks, ensuring a safer and more durable system.
Kits for conveyors
Alusic has optimized its range of conveyor belt solutions by offering complete, ready-to-use kits for every type and size of conveyor.
These standard kits are designed to ensure quick and intuitive installation, allowing anyone to assemble their own conveyor easily and efficiently. The system is based on a clear modular logic, dividing the conveyor structure into: Frame, Drive Kit, Return Kit, Support Legs, Dedicated Accessories.
The heads are available in numerous variants, ensuring maximum versatility and adaptability to different application needs. With Alusic kits, creating a custom conveyor becomes an immediate, reliable, and accessible operation for everyone.
Independently design the conveyor belt that best suits your needs.
Thanks to the wide range of accessories and kits provided by Alusic, you will have all the options necessary to customize your conveying system according to your specific requirements.
